Delivery

We deliver to the UK. Delivery is free on every order, always. There is no minimum spend and no threshold to hit.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Once your order has left us, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow it from our door to yours.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. If something is delayed, contact us and we will look into it.

The 30-night trial

You have 30 nights from the day they land on your doormat. Not from the day you order them. The day they arrive.

We want you to actually use them. Wash them. Tumble dry them. Sleep on them multiple times a week. If at the end of 30 nights they are not right, send them back.

Machine wash at 30. Tumble dry on low. You do not need a mesh bag or special detergent. Fabric softener is not necessary and we would rather you skipped it. That is the full care instruction.

Returns

We pay the return postage. You do not need to explain why you are sending them back. You do not need to package them in the original box. You just need to send them back within the 30-night window.

Once we receive them, we will process your refund within 5 working days. It goes back to the original payment method.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us first. We will sort it out without asking you to go through a formal returns process.
